Biography

Janie Sullivan, MBA, MAEd, has been teaching adult learners for over 20 years. She has taught online and face-to-face for over 10 years, specializing in writing, communications, and small business applications. Janie has been published in several newspapers and magazines as well as multiple online sites. She teaches research and essay writing courses, all of which require APA expertise.

Janie specializes in faculty development. She is both a curriculum development expert, and a teacher of adult and online teaching strategy courses, as well as creative writing courses.

Janie has a strong entrepreneurial background, having run a very successful project management documentation production company. She's been instrumental in founding the Home Based Business Consortium, now a part of the Small Business Development Department. She sits on the Board of Directors of the local school district.
